9 Nov 20 - We have had a lot of winds this week.  It took another limb out of the tree on the east side of the back yard.  Not as big as the last one, but this one will burn nicely also.

The winds from the east has filled the screen with dirt and the rains wash it into the pool!

10 Nov 20 - I ran the pool cleaner to clean it up.  It  does a great job but today it looks dirty again from all the wind and rain.  Going to be this way till after Storm Eta goes thru the state.
 

A Little More Concrete Work

3 Nov 2020 - Today we met with the Concrete Coating guy who did the pool deck, Laundry room, and the shed floor.  We are working some ideas to make the front porch look better and the small slab actually drain water away from the house and into the yard. 

While talking with him I asked about this little piece of grass between the step and the driveway.  If I was to concrete it it would look and function better.  So this afternoon I completed that small job. 

I am sure the lawn guy will appreciate not having this little piece of weeds to cut every week with the string trimmer.  I may have to trim the sprinkler doughnut to make it fit once the concrete dries.  I sent the concrete guy this picture and he replied "that was fast", I told him that I didn't want to be the hold up on him completing the job!
