15 Aug 20 - Today I put a wall catch on the west gate.  I have been using a cinder block to hold the gate open for many years.  Since the block had broken a picket I decided to do something different.  So Today I installed a catch on the wall of the house.  I used a 2x4 piece in case the gate sags and I have to move the catch so it will line up.  Should make holding the gate open much better.  I also cleaned up the saw dust and wood pieces.  I also used the belt sander and made the kitchen back door easier to open.  The door was a little to wide in certain spots to open smoothly so I used the sander and made it a little smaller so it closed properly.
